The Brief: A major leadership summit requiring full AV production with multi-camera live streaming to interstate and international offices. The client needed seamless speaker transitions, branded visuals on a large LED wall, and real-time audience interaction for remote attendees.

Our Solution: We delivered a complete production package including a 6-metre LED wall, 4-camera live streaming setup, professional audio with wireless microphones for panel sessions, and custom motion graphics. Our team managed all technical direction, vision mixing, and stream management throughout the two-day event.

The Result: Zero technical issues across both days. The live stream maintained 99.9% uptime with over 200 concurrent remote viewers. Post-event survey showed 96% attendee satisfaction with AV quality.

The Brief: A prestigious industry awards night requiring elegant staging, atmospheric lighting, seamless video packages for award nominees, and flawless audio for live entertainment and speeches.

Our Solution: We designed a full stage set with custom lectern, branded backdrop, and theatrical lighting. Video packages for each award category were played through twin projection screens, while our audio team managed the mix for a 5-piece band, multiple presenters, and acceptance speeches.
