LED wall or projector: which is better for my event?

LED walls deliver brighter, higher-contrast images that look incredible even in well-lit rooms. They’re ideal for main stages, product launches, and any event where visual impact is critical. Projectors are more cost-effective for breakout rooms, smaller audiences, or venues with controlled lighting. We often use both at the same event for different spaces.

What size LED screen do I need for my event?

As a general rule, your screen should be wide enough that the person in the furthest seat can comfortably read text. For a conference with 200 attendees in a standard ballroom, we typically recommend a minimum 4m wide screen. For 500+ attendees, 6–8m or larger. We’ll assess your venue and recommend the right size.
