How far in advance should I book AV for my event?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event for standard productions, and 8–12 weeks for large conferences or events requiring custom staging and LED screens. That said, we’ve delivered successful events on shorter notice when schedules allow — so reach out even if your timeline is tight.

Do you supply the equipment or do I need to hire separately?

We supply and operate all equipment as part of our production service. You don’t need to hire anything separately. All our gear is professional-grade and maintained to broadcast standards. We also carry backup equipment on-site for critical events.

Can you work in any venue across Australia?

Yes. We work in hotels, convention centres, corporate offices, outdoor locations, and unique venues across Australia. For interstate events, we either freight our equipment or partner with trusted local suppliers, with our senior team always on-site to manage production.

As a rough guide, a standard half-day conference for 100–200 people with audio, projection, and basic lighting typically starts from around $3,000–$5,000.
